I started a new job today and I’m excited (yes, of course, about the job) to get back into a good sleep schedule. If I do it right…
- Wake up at 6:30 or 7am
- Take Ragu for a nice long walk
- Slowly drink my coffee and wake up
- Shower & get ready
- Work & stuff
- Dinner & home stuff
- Wash face
- Get in bed early (before 10)
- Fall asleep
Tonight, it looks like success!
