I started a new job today and I’m excited (yes, of course, about the job) to get back into a good sleep schedule. If I do it right…

  • Wake up at 6:30 or 7am
  • Take Ragu for a nice long walk
  • Slowly drink my coffee and wake up
  • Shower & get ready
  • Work & stuff
  • Dinner & home stuff
  • Wash face
  • Get in bed early (before 10)
  • Read
  • Fall asleep
