Yakubu Aiyegbeni, the ex Super Eagles of Nigeria Stricker has shared picture memories of his visit to Portsmouth Football Club, popularly known as pompey in the United Kingdom
Yakubu played for Portsmouth in 2003 on loan from Isreali club Maccabi Haifa. He helped secure promotion to the Premier League for Portsmouth.
His 16 goals for the club in the 2003–04 Premier League season made him the clubs highest goal scorer. He also scored his last goal for Portsmouth in the 2004–2005 season that saved the team from relegation. It was in a game that ended 1–1 against Bolton Wanderers
