Good question.
What I normally do when I have a bad day is to sit it out, ideally in a place with a nice scenic view like a park, and take some time to breathe. Once I’ve calmed down, then I start thinking about how I’m feeling, why I’m feeling this way, and ways to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
Often times, our feelings are temporary. But problems always exist until you choose to solve them.
