I called and you can either get a refund or a new couch if you return the defective couch. The new couch would be a Peggy and they are currently working on figuring out how to fix the button problem. If you request a new couch, you’ll only receive it once they figure out the button issue. They will bring back the entire Peggy range once the issue has been resolved.
I guess if you went on to buy a new couch because the Peggy sucked, then you’re out of luck…
