Why are the Medium editors promoting KFC? Did they receive compensation from Yum! brands or KFC? It’s one thing to allow corporations to have a platform, go viral or have individual publications promote brands in in-post click-bait pay-per-click click-through 'banner' ads (like FSR with beer ads). But shouldn’t there be transparency, Twitter has the little promoted at the bottom of tweets to distinguish.
