How I quit smoking. 

It’s been already 8 months now I haven’t smoke a cigarette. It should’t be harder for you either.


The secret is not telling anyone about your plans but instead to wake up one morning and tell yourself the truth; tell yourself that you’re no more a smoker and you’re going to change the way how you lived so far.

You better quit it right now. I quit smoking and started to run regularly. That was one of the best decisions I ever made. I feel very healthy now and I feel how fresh my brain is. I believe there is a direct connection between physical exercises and our brain. Your brain works faster, you become more creative and productive.

To sum up, the easiest way to quit smoking is:

  1. Don’t tell your friends about your intention. Just do it.
  2. Do something else regularly. It could be running, cycling or painting.
