Day 2: Andela Boot-Camp

I had a lot to do from the previous day, hoping to keep learning all about the uniqueness of “Ruby”. The most interesting thing is that, this language is a very sweet language so far continuing from yesterday (day 1).

I got up early this morning hoping to get early to camp, early enough to continue my Codecademy course on Ruby. When I got to camp i found out that people went back to where they sat yesterday, I wasn’t really delighted about that as that seemed a little stereotyped and I always loved dynamism and apart from that I am sitting alone at the fore front with nobody to directly interact with. This is somewhat lonely for me as there is no one to play with and most importantly discuss with. I had to turn to look back many times when i need to talk with someone.

our_trainer = {:Bukky => one of the prettiest i have seen so far} ***thinking*** ………..her coding skills just makes her more beautiful……. this is really leveraged on the fact that I naturally admire :ladies << :codes

Enticing enough she is really good at it and i love the fact that she wouldn’t tell you an answer but instead encourage you to try whatsoever question you have in your head out on the console. She is passionate about ruby and i think i can understand why she is.

Based on the fact that i have gone through the course on Codecademy Ruby I have seen lots to sweet ways to write logical expressions and statements in ruby and I’m like ‘Wow this is cool’.

Though I love Php, Python and Javascript, right now i think I’m in love with Ruby. Though I would like to think that our_trainer[:Bukky] is really having a nice effect on me in that area as her passion for ruby is overwhelming as she says

Rubyists are the happiest

I loved the teaching and the practices and I would love to continue speaking in ruby right now

case “Ruby”.is_best? and “Ruby”.is_easy? == “Programming” < “Difficult” and fun_to_write?
when [:Bukky,:is,:our,:trainer].include? :Bukky then “Ruby”.is_simpler?
else “I don’t Know oooo”
class 3

for me in [class_1, class_2, class_3]
 excited = true if me == class_1
end

I love bootcamp…….
