Sometimes, when one or both of us are feeling depressions heavy grip, my partner and I come up with evil plans for each other. I can’t more highly recommend planning and giving someone you love something truly meaningful, it’s good for them, and it’s good self care too.

They’re not really evil, it’s just a fun teasing phrase we use to prod and poke each other through email and casual conversation.
