Project 365: Day 81 — Early to bed
I’m going to try sleeping early from today. It’s already last midnight, but what I mean is earlier than my usual sleeping time — 3 am.
I’ve realized I do feel fresher in the mornings. Being a morning person does have its benefits and I don’t just say this because my partner is one; I’ve found myself getting more done in the mornings I wake up early or on time than others. However, I find it easier to get thinking work done at night. So maybe I’ll have to adapt in some way. Either way, health dictates that I can’t overstep my boundaries.
Going to sleep now. Hopefully I’ll keep up with the habit. Thanks for reading!
