Project 365: Day 97 — Delays

I had a terrible evening today commute-wise. Trains were delayed by 15–20 minutes. Platforms were crowded. To top it all, even my phone switched off.

I reached the station nearest to my home 45 minutes later than I usually do only to find the line for auto-rickshaws the longest I’ve seen for a while. Even the buses were running full. I stood in line for over half an hour. It took me less than ten minutes to reach home though. That’s how empty the roads were thanks to not many autos being around. It was crazy!
