In Defense of Magical Thinking
Jack Preston King

What if “beings and forces beyond the level immediately available to our five senses” are real?

You mean forces like electricity, magnetism, gravity, strong and weak force, chirality of complex molecules and other such magical forces beyond the level of our five senses?

I strongly suggest giving Dawkins “Unweaving the Rainbow” a try. The story science tells of our universe is by far the most fantastic and magical story ever told. The feeling to have bootstraped outselves through evolution, out of the mud through single cell organisms through insects, fish, egg-laying creatures to where we are today is overwhelmingly more magical than having been created from that mud in one go by a magical old man with a beard in the clouds in his own image…

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
