Speed is often key for tech startups. And knowing how much to lean into a turn can make the difference between a podium finish and crashing out. So, let’s not waste time in getting to the first corner of this month’s newsletter:

H/F Startup Cooperative

Forbes MX recently named the 30 top startup companies in Mexico. One H/F MX Co-op company was among those that made the cut.

  • RIGS built a marketplace to make buying autoparts easier in Mexico and Latin America. Before RIGS, finding specific parts was a nightmare — if not impossible.
  • RIGS CEO Nestor De Haro previously worked in the autoparts industry. His expertise helped to create the standardized, centralized parts information database and marketplace. Congrats to Nestor and team!

HACK Fund

IPOs a-plenty

The team is working on taking HACK Fund to a traditional IPO. We want to bridge the gap between tokenized and traditional public fund listings.

Why? This will make our fund more accessible, and we think dual-listing will make it easier for regulators to understand what we are doing with blockchain and tokenized securities.

We are currently cashing up at a discount to our IPO price. If interested, reach out to Torrance or our team.

  • We’ve learned so much in the past several months about IPOs, we are helping 2 portfolio companies — Code Ingeniera and ISAI Controles prepare for their own IPOs.
  • Know any Investment Banks we could talk about these IPO projects? Feel free to forward them on.
