“The most obvious problem with statements like “there is no objective morality” is that almost no one really acts out this belief in the way they supposedly mean.”
I don’t see this as a “problem”. How people act is no indication of objective truth. People behave as if there is free will.
So contingent = subjective plus consensus. Seem like a special case of subjective rather than a new category.
