Also decent overview of yarrow. And it reminded me that yarrow was one of those plants that was used prior to hops in brewing (gruit). Never experimented with it myself, but I did taste a yarrow-based gruit in San Francisco that wasn’t bad… pretty sure it’s pretty potent however you use it…
