You don’t even know the law, do you? Illegal entry is a misdemeanor, much like many moving traffic violations. Although it is very difficult to prove without catching someone in the act, the law actually states as much. Simply residing here without documentation is a civil infraction like a parking ticket. You are talking about indiscriminately ruining people’s lives over misdemeanors and civil infractions. Let that sink in. If pressed, I would draw similar lines to what Obama did. Children brought here against their will and parents of children born here should be given special consideration. Not to do so is just plain cruel and we are better than that. At least we used to be.
