Agreed. I’m glad this struck a fancy of yours. A lot of our stuff is based on science (complex adaptive systems) and “testing” (agile/scrum methodologies) so it only makes sense to have people on board that can actually do the science and keep our testing in check.

I make the case for behavioral scientists, but now I wonder what if org designers brought on board complexity scientists… That’d be quite the gamechanger.
