Living At Home Again? Check. Paying Rent? Rain Check.

If I were living at home, I would be happy to pay rent, but I don’t think my parents would take it. I think psychologically they still want me to feel like I can come home whenever I need/want to, although they would expect me to contribute with chores and things. Also, I’m just out of college and my younger siblings are still living at home, so both of those factors would make living there rent-free less weird. I think paying rent becomes more of an obligation when you are older, are employed full-time, and when your parents contributed financially to your education. Also everyone who lives home should do their own laundry!
