But I still felt like maybe I shouldn’t have bought these curtains; that since I had successfully lived without them for six months, I could live without them forever. That’d be almost $44 saved.
It’s Curtains For Me
Nicole Dieker

Not related to home furnishings, but I feel the same way about upgrading from a brick phone to a smartphone. I shouldn’t need one because I’ve been fine without one until now, but I think I’ve reached the point where a new phone’s usefulness (camera, maps, music) is worth more than my pride/stubbornness and the hit to my budget.

Also, Nicole I love your curtains!
