How to Implement the Pomodoro Technique

  1. Choose a Task: Select a task you need to work on.
  2. Set a Timer: Set a timer for 25 minutes (one Pomodoro).
  3. Work on the Task: Focus on the task without distractions until the timer rings.
  4. Take a Short Break: Take a 5-minute break to rest and recharge.
  5. Repeat: After completing four Pomodoros, take a longer break (15–30 minutes).

What to Do During Pomodoro Breaks

  • Move your body: Get up, stretch, walk around, or do light exercise.
  • Refresh your mind: Grab a healthy snack or drink some water.
