I imagine something like this -

2017: smartphones are ruining our youth
2006: ipods are ruining our youth
2000: computers are ruining our youth
1985: walkman are ruining our youth
1980: videogames are ruining our youth
1970: telephones are ruining our youth
1960: movies are ruining our youth
1950: rock and roll are ruining our youth
1930: cars are ruining our youth
1920: radios are ruining our youth
1900: electric lights are ruining our youth
1800: newspapers are ruining our youth

Adam Ruins Everything makes the point a generation is a group of people that an older group does not understand and always calls them lazy, dumb or wanting handouts. I am a gen-x kid, and we were the “slacker” generation, until we built the internet as we see it today, then suddenly, we were cool, just in time for “millennials” to be the new scapegoat.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
