While it might not lead to our death, the least it could do is get us uncomfortably involved with officers we then have to convince that we are decent human beings by smiling, having super polite mannerisms, using correct English, maintaining slow movements, and maybe telling a joke about how we lost our pokemon battle. It might leave one feeling emasculated, but we are still alive.
