Did you even read my response and read the linked reports.
I did not dispute your numbers, they are facts but you present them in the manner of “True Lies.”
When you say we use 19.6 MBd of Crude Oil, you ignore the fact that 10 MBd of that Oil is used to make products we export. On net we only use a little more Oil than we produce and we also export Natural Gas and Coal.
Like the story I linked says, the U.S. produces as much energy as we use and are projected to produce a surplus.
I also did not dispute that we are not finding new Oil Reserves as fast as we are depleting the Known Reserves but I contend that is a good thing. The known reserves are sufficient for the worlds needs, demand for Oil is going to drop and any new finds will become “Stranded Assets” the resources spent to discover them will be wasted as that oil will never be extracted. You yourself indicated that the EROEI of the new finds is so low that they are not economically sound investments.
If we burn all the Oil we have discovered the impact on the environment will be tragic. Better we leave as much as we can in the ground. Your crystal ball is malfunctioning, you should stop using it.
