I contend that the following is inaccurate, “EVs run on roads that need oil to maintain.” Every component of concrete roads can be produced and maintained without the use of oil (fossil oil). Not today but there are alternatives that can and will be developed that would require no fossil oil. Synthetic lubricants, metals made in electric hearths, tires made from plant based rubber, plant based plastics, fluorocarbon elastomers and electrical insulation, cement made in electric furnaces, aggregates mined using EV’s and E equipment. We could even make bitumen (asphalt, tar) roads using coal derived bitumen. With oil gone, coal could be used carefully to replace many oil products without bad environment effects.

You sir do not seem to be interested in a way to make the future better. You just seem to want to declare it a disaster.
