I think raising the alarm about the trivial drop in 2015 and pointing to that as an indication that America is failing is Hyperbole.

The U.S. life expectancy dropped on tenth of a year from 78.9 to 78.8, dropped only that tiny bit and the only time it dropped in the last two decades. I think it takes more than one year to make it a trend.

Then you talk about U.S. Middle Class being a minority of the population.

True lies and fake news. Middle Class defined in the classical models has never been a majority and is defined as the middle 45% to 47% of the population.

Your premise is broken before you even talk about solutions.
