I can’t recall one lesson a teacher told me at school that actively contributes to the way I live my life now.

100% agree with your point Dave, but I do remember one lesson that served me well. My Art teacher taught me to “always look. Look look look. Look carefully and look at all the tiny details .” it was a brilliant art lesson and a brilliant life lesson …that of course is about doing it yourself, but a precious lesson nonetheless .
