Booker T. & W.E.B debate the Knowledge Economy & 21st Century Workforce Training
I think that while the 2oth century rewarded skill sets, rule adherence, and specialization, the 21st will better compensate creative deviation.
Why? Because robots are terrible at it. But very good at the former.
I also think that the thought process behind this claim can actually be best summed up by the decades long debate between Booker T. Washington and W.E.B. Dubois a century ago.
