It seems that Google has some primary issues keeping the organization running as one organic organization, meaning all cells (humans & teams) would serve the whole body of the organization. From this follows that knowledge management know-how tools and processes don’t adequately empower folks working in the company. Thus cells, or humans can’t contribute to their ways of working, well-being or company’s well-being as much as they could. Some of internally generated higher, management & goals related knowledge is not collected and cultivated but lost. Also, the required toolbox, especially outside of technology (complementary skills as group dynamics, group & self & time management, group sociology, psychology, cultural aspects) is not adequate at least for the author to be very happy. Power to the workers (that would actually mean power to the company!), I would say, but how do y realize this in practice is the issue, or did I got it?
