Racism And Entrepreneurship

There has been a lot of violence going on in the land lately. People hating on each other for having different points of view, being from a different race, political party, etc.

Let me clear the air: hatred for my fellow man has never, and will never have any place in my business, my life, or my company culture.

I believe that God LOVES us all. If God loved us so much to send His Son JESUS to die and redeem us, why would I ever treat with contempt someone who meant the utmost to my Savior? Even if you don’t believe in God, you can still understand my point.

I love my neighbors, no matter what their point of view or race, religion, etc.

I do business with so many different people:

  • Christians
  • Jewish
  • Catholic
  • Atheist
  • Muslim
  • Buddhist
  • Taoist
  • Mormon
  • JW
  • Scientologist
  • White
  • Black
  • Brown
  • Yellow
  • Red
  • Every country you can think of
  • Democrat
  • Republican
  • Independent
  • Right
  • Left
  • Straight
  • Gay

The list could go on and on.

I love, care about, and serve each of these with respect, even if respect isn’t shown to me.

Here is an example.

Although I might discontinue service for that guy, debating on it.

Back to my point- there’s no place for racism in entrepreneurship.

God cares about everyone, and I do too. You have to have love in your heart to be able to give it to others. I’m glad that my parents and siblings have given me a lifetime’s worth of love, truly priceless. I’ve got so much love to give to others all around me.

Let’s not leave a legacy of violence, hatred, and strife; let’s lead our family, company, and country towards peace, love, and positivity.

Black, white, brown; we all bleed the same RED blood.
