I agree it is easy to miss read people but in this case it does look a lot like you were the one sending confused signals — which to your credit, you eventually admit. However, the latter part of the piece seems like the kind of vicious sniping people do when their ego is hurt.So really, you’ve not provided any human insight through the story; it’s more like you’re venting because you didn’t get what you wanted.
