Hi, cis girl here… lol.. Thank you for sharing this story. It really made me think and reflect on perspectives I had never considered about cis female privilege and also more on the perspective of growing up and being trans. Trans women (I guess I should say *some*)are some of the most intellectually evolved, complex, strong, unique and underestimated people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Being non binary in this world forces you to be these things, to evolve beyond the comprehension of this planet full of gender stereotypes and oppression. Anyways, I just wanted to say that your decision about transitioning, although NONE of anyones business, I am grateful for you just trying to be more than the flesh you were given but a woman who focuses on what really matters, knowing that what matters is not the goodies you were born with on the outside. I asked a friend once “if this world could just accept you for who you were and didnt place lables, would trans people really feel the need to risk their lives and bodyparts to be happy with themselves?” She said No.
