Upload email signature into your email

Now that you have your email signature it is time to upload it to your email settings so that it will automatically show everytime you send an email.

  1. Go to email settings

2. Click settings

3. Click the General tab and scroll down to the signature section

4. Typically the designer will send you a html version of your signature. Open that html in a browser.

5. Select all and copy

6. Paste the signature into the signature section in your email settings.

7. Save

8. Verify that your email signature shows up when you compose a new email.
