Maaaan I struggle with this too…bad! I could be working my ass off in the gym day after day after day. I’m talking about sweat dripping, soaked at the end of the workouts and then the scale doesn’t move or my body is not sore the next day…. I feel like I’m not doing enough. When I think about it, I feel like I have to be because doing something because good lord I am working it, but it’s always nothing…. But then I look at pictures from 5 or 6 months ago and there it is… a little difference. It’s crazy the way our mind tricks us. Keep up the hard work my friend. You are one of my main motivators!
