The term ‘Meditation’ comes with stigma, robes and chanting strange noises. Lets call it ‘Mindfulness’ instead. You cant be happy and content with whats happening around you if whats inside is all muddled up and cloudy. Going through life in a mad rush is a meagre life.
I have been trying Headspace. it’s an app that provides guided mindfulness. It has a free introduction programme called Take 10. 10 episodes consisting of 10 minutes.
After completing this series i’m already more aware of my what my mind is doing and calmer as a result. I’m learning to pay more attention and enjoy what is happening now, right in front of me. I’m going to continue to learn and improve this methodology. Check it out, https://www.headspace.com/
