Awesome post! Can you share a little on your approach to task lists? Is it just a overall list of things to be done? And then clarifications come in form of comments where needed?

Do you use sub-tasks? What is the general place of tasks in your workflow, as you are not adding features to tasks that much, I guess you see a very specific role for the task list.
