It’s the 2014 Paris Motorshow and Lamborghini is presenting a plug-in hybrid concept of a future two-door grand tourer, the Asterion. However, because Lamborghini didn’t want to scare any of the brand’s enthusiasts with an eco-friendly powertrain, the Asterion was in fact designed to take advantage of the performance benefits of electricity in rather the same way Mclaren did with the P1. Stylewise, the Asterion is very much recognizable as a Lamborghini: The lights, creases, and air intake are all inspired by other models in the range. That said, the Asterion contains a more reserved, less angular look.
