Stop letting other people dictate your reality. Everyone has good advice to give you, and it might even sound good when you hear it.

If everyone has advice on how you should live, how do you filter through it all to find the right choice?

There are 2 options you can try:

1. Ask, Who among them is living it? Then, would you want to live a similar life to their own?

Or (This is my personal favorite)

2. Choose to follow the advice of the person in the mirror.

Every decision you make makes you who you are and creates a memory in your life. Just think, what kind of life do you want to look back on.

I do this a lot when making big decisions.

I literally wont ask for most people’s advice. I just ask what do I want to look back and remember from this moment.
