Tokenomics in Lisbon was a side event for ETH Global that gathered token designers, engineers, and enthusiasts in the same place to talk about the industry, problems, trends, macro etc. The event was organized by Tknomics.com and ThreeSigma to give people space to talk about the token economy.
Niche meetups are an important component of industry growth helping with knowledge sharing, collaboration and innovation. We will organize more events in the future.
The event took place in Fintech House Lisbon on May 11th 2023. It started with Panel “VC Tokenomics Due Diligence”, featuring Kostya from Hacken/CER, Jean-Luc from Vending Machine, Thomas from Prime Rating moderated by Pavlo from Tknomics.com.
After the panel, Joana from ThreeSigma presented a talk called “Tokenomics as the Game of Supply and Demand” covering token design principles, tooling, game theory in modeling, and many more.
The closing panel was about “Tokenomics Design Trends and Best Practice”.
Carolina from ThreeSigma, 0xKarim from Outlier Ventures and Carvas from Lido discussed the latest trends in token design, failed and successful experiments, best-performing token mechanics etc.
Networking with pizza and drinks was held after talks and panels so all participants could talk to each other.
