This field is very immature but … standards standards standards and oh ya, standards. Everyone wants to be unique but customers and developers want portability. If you are creating a platform this is key.

There is a “consensus” conference going on in the eastern part of the US as I type this. It’s blockchain focused but maybe the VR/AR companies need to take a look. Likely many are.
