Look for where shame, or fear, or anger may be lurking in the dark. How can you begin to write your story and build awareness of your limiting mindset?
Becoming Aware of Your Limiting Mindset
Nancy Booth

This is why my memoir is taking what seems like forever to write. As I come across and remember stories, oftentimes small details that have been forgotten over the years, I find I have to stop and process them and put them back into context. It’s been fantastic fodder for my therapy, and the writing I’ve done already has helped me receive more of God’s grace and healing. The more I dig through, the more I appreciate just how giving God’s grace is, and how limitless it is.
