As SaaS as a category has matured, companies are recognizing the value of customer success as a potential revenue driver as opposed to a cost center, and are reorganizing their teams and looking for solutions to take advantage of this opportunity.

We announced TnT last month, and today we’d like to announce our first pre-seed investment in Outline. Outline is building software to help bridge the gap between knowledge flowing into customer success teams from customers and the work that product teams are doing, helping customers prioritize development, improve productivity within customer success, and retain/expand customer accounts.
