Let me confess — I hate physical paper. I have always been obsessed with finding the perfect device, the perfect software, and the perfect system to go entirely paperless. I am confident in saying that I found my perfect system — it is my personal Apple ecosystem. The problem with physical paper

I did not take any physical notes for at least a year. No exaggeration, that is true.

But what is the actual problem with physical paper? Well, it is often stationary. You have your notes at your desk, the tax paperwork stored in a folder in the closet, and your company’s documents in your office. They are all in different locations and not very mobile.
