- Workshop “Overrated”

- Create a 4-track EP; aim to complete by end of April

- Write a bank of songs (around 10. Ones not used for EP can be used for live shows)

- Start sessions next week

- Jams can start at 19 Northwick

- Speak to Liv about venues/shows

- Start planning EP launch party

- Create a team (an in-house unit who believe in the vision)

- Create a black book for our contacts

- Plan a behind the scenes documentary (10 mins)

- Speak to Tino about attaching Tré-Connect to the project

- Sign up OMG Collective to PRS as a publisher

- First recording session, 13th Feb with Ollie

- Write a disco rap song plus two other

- Ollie to engineer, Rob Small to master

- Need to find a mixing engineer; speak to Speech (£150 fee)

- 6-week marketing plan for launch night and other performances

- visually; wear tuxedos (suits in our own styles, i.e: Toby in a suit and vans) while we play in different venues flash mob-style

- Make the guys admin on OMG pages

- Chris is back on 21st Feb; he needs dates for sessions for after he returns (keep him in the loop)
