That’s what I was thinking as well. My memory is that Sarah K doesn’t really address him too much. But the Undisclosed people (mostly Susan) seem to stick him in the villain role, which, to me, makes it a harder listen because the advocacy isn’t just on the facts, but also becomes a jaded way of looking at the guy (name escaping me) who really is obligated to what he is doing in defending the previous verdict.
