Thanks for this — thanks for taking a stand (a very personal one). As I’m sure you know, there are quite a few people like your father in positions of authority and leverage. They (keepers of “that” mentality) are well-entrenched and have been for a long time. In your opinion, how do we accelerate the process of getting them out of such positions? It’s certainly happening, but happening slowly.
