your background is amazing but your resume stinks
Someone recently said to me, “I’m having a hard time finding my own voice for my site and linkedIn profiles.”
After reading it, I could see why. It sounded like everyone else’s profile and yet stated very little (while using a-whole-lotta words).
Same with a resume. I re-wrote mine using a “human-voiced” approach.
