While I agree that there are a lot of people that hate Cam, I am not one of them. I love the excitement and enthusiasm that he brings to the game. I don’t believe that just because Chris Harris was giving an interview extolling the Denver Defenses domination of Newton and the Panthers is a worthy excuse for his “I’m taking my ball and going home” exit. Every other Panther sat and answered the questions asked, and I’m quite sure that they too heard the Bronco players waxing on about their win. They faced the music with dignity and respect. In fact the ones after Cam now had to answer for their “Leader” afterwards. I agree with the former comment that said “dont’t dish it out if you can’t take it”. Cam wore his gold MVP shoes and Superman Shirt with pride before the game in warm -ups, he should have done the same afterwards. There is no shame in reaching the Big Stage and then losing (ask Jim Kelly about his FOUR post game losing pressers or John Elway about his THREE or Dan Marino about being cajoled by the guys on his NFL show for never even getting back to the big one after losing his only shot). Hmble pie is a hard thing to swallow, but we should all be the better for doing so.
