I just scanned the ruling and read this comment from the judge repeatedly, “the plaintiffs lack standing”.

When you read why they “lack standing”, I guess it’s no surprise the case was dismissed. However, I don’t think winning the case was as important as seeing the testimony from the DNC’s lawyers.

The point is, the case was lost, but the DNC was not impartial. It never has been and if you run for a local office within democratic circles, you’d know there is NOTHING impartial about the democratic party. They pick insiders and always will.

They pick insiders because they can control them. If you think these guys are allowed to think for themselves, LOL. It’s about power and control.

At the federal level, corporate and billionaire sponsors pay good money to ensure there are no people’s movement on the left to cut into the power established by the Oligarchs. They own the media and have our military and spying agencies at their disposal to ensure they remain in power.

The American people will have to find another way besides the two parties devised by Oligarchs to retain power.
