Why I won’t be using Fetch API in my apps
Shahar Talmi

A fantastic argument not against using fetch but against using *any* 3rd party library or moderately complex api directly. To quote condom commercials or a mall gift kiosk at christmas-time — wrap it up.

In any project you should create your own function to do something like asynchronous requests and use *that* function. How that function works internally doesn’t so much matter — fetch or axios, or XmlHttpRequest whatever. But wrap it up.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
