A lot of projects focus mainly on the technology, while forgetting what is most important in the dish — to enter the win-win relation with customer and sell the product. In tokenloyalty we crossed a step further — we offer customers from our network to other projects, giving them benefits, while other projects may enter into the system.

tokenloyalty.io ICO 16th Jan, 2018

While we were on conference in Amsterdam (me and my CMO), our target was to get as much connections as possible to make partnerships with other ICOs, already grown projects and investor networks. We were one of the few that were not focused on target — getting investors for the ICO. Why? Because in our business model our investors may be identified in form of merchants serving campaigns to tokenloyalty community (to be a part of the loyalty system, one has to have tokens). So we were focused in customers! I always say that if you have customers, investors will come in one or other way. But the ICO is only one of the paths to build the business around the token. If someone has proper business model (customer related), the ICO, even if it is not large, brings new customers, which can give a fresh kick to the action!

Look how we talked with partners: we offered simple thing. Anyone who joins in the tokenloylty ecosystem, gets our customers. But has to bring something into the ecosystem, like access to goods/services with discounts or budget for the campaign. So simple. We have now open talks with networks that have 40M+ customers in China (electronics send worldwide), 16M+customers in insurance sector, 5M customers in FMCG sector. Talks are open yet, but the family is growing, because no one looses. This way I want to bring as many services and goods as possible to my community — I want my customers to feel good and secure. Do you see the difference in attitude?

So, if you want a simple success, focus on your customer. He is your most precious business partner.
