German cryptocurrency project Savedroid, after raising $50m, seems to have exit-scammed. Website shows a South Park image, CEO’s twitter says: Over and Out. But a few hours later , their CEO Yassin Hankir posted a video to YouTube claiming that the apparent exit scam was actually a PR stunt the company pulled off to advocate for “high quality ICO standards.”

“This is a desperate attempt to get attention from the cryptocurrency market. You don’t mess around with people’s money. This ICO has no respect for its investors.” Commented by Finance and cryptocurrency analyst Joseph Young.

After Yassin Hankir posted his celebrating photos in Egypt, YouTube user Theo Goodman uploaded a video of today, reportedly of the empty Savedroid office, with a voiceover saying that he “can’t really confirm anything.”

Finance Magnates reveals that Savedroid allowed people to participate in the ICO with 56 types of cryptocurrencies, unlike many ICOs, which only accept BTC and ETH.

According to Savedroid’s official website, they are building a user interface that will make a cryptocurrency investment just as simple as a savings account. Our mission is to eliminate adoption barriers and make cryptocurrencies accessible for everyone!”

Now, Savedroid won’t gain any trust no matter what they plan in the next. A reddit blogger called Botshanic90 expressed his opinion, “Seriously, so many retards in Crypto, even ICO exit scammers are retarded. You seriously think any professional company would pull this type of stunt? The legal liability of anyone hurting themselves over losing money will be a disaster. He should’ve just exit scam. Lol. This was nothing but a failed exit scam.”

Savedroid issue gives a lesson for everyone on crypto space. The investor should will be sure backgrounds are checked and nothing change after your investment is done.
